摘  要:对不同接振强度、接振时间的小鼠进行血清NO浓度测定。结果接振组小鼠血清NO浓度低于对照组 ,且随接振强度加大、接振时间延长 ,下降趋势更明显。说明局部振动导致血清NO浓度降低 ,并可能参与了振动性血管损伤过程。Serum concentration of nitric oxide (NO) was measured in mice exposed to different strength of vibration at varied periods.Results showed that serum level of NO in the experimental groups was lower than that in the control group,in a descending tendency with increasing strength of vibration.It indicated that vibration could result in the decrease in serum concentration of NO which might play a role in the process of vibration induced vascular impairment.
