摘  要:研究了60 Coγ射线对杜鹃试管苗的辐射效应 ,得出试管苗的致死剂量为 2 4Gy,最佳诱变剂量为 8~ 1 6Gy,在 1 2和 1 6Gy处理试管苗中高枝嫁接后 ,发现了花色明显变异的突变体 。The irradiation effect of 60 Co γ\|rays on rose bay in vitro was studied.The results showed that the lethal does was 24Gy,the best inducing dose was 8~16Gy.Two mutants were obtained with 12 and 16Gy treatments from irradiated seedling grafted with the mature plant as stock. Constantly grafting indicated that the mutants were stable.
