摘　　要：目的　探讨心脏肿瘤的病理分类和手术效果。方法　对 40例心脏肿瘤患者行肿瘤全部或部分切除术 ,术后送病理学检查 ,术后患者均获随访。结果　共有 13种不同病理类型 ,良性肿瘤 3 2例 ,恶性肿瘤 6例 ,转移肿瘤 2例。围术期死亡 2例 ,晚期死亡 5例。结论　心脏肿瘤具有多种不同的病理类型 ,良性肿瘤手术切除后近、远期效果良好 ,恶性肿瘤远期效果不佳 。Objective To demonstrate pathological types and surgical results of tumors in heart and pericardium.Methods Tumors in heart and pericardium were excised totally or partially in 40 patients and pathological examinations were taken.Patients were followed up.Results There were 13 different types of tumors.32 cases were benign,6 were malignant and 2 were metastatic tumor.Two patients died within perioperation period and five died at follow-up.Conclusion Tumors in heart and pericardium include various pathological types.Prognosis of benign tumor was quite good after operation,but prognosis of malignant tumor is very poor for long-term observation.Intravenous leiomyomatosis has a good prognosis after total or partial surgical excision.
