摘　　要：目的　总结心脏恶性肿瘤的诊断治疗。方法　复习 11例原发心脏恶性肿瘤患者的诊断、治疗和预后 ,同国外相关文献一并分析。结果　心脏恶性肿瘤采用手术加术后放疗患者术后生存期为 (2 1.43± 14.2 4)月 ,单纯手术治疗患者术后生存期为 (6 .6 0± 4.2 3)月 ,两者比较t=3.78,P <0 .0 1。结论　手术加术后放疗可显著延长心脏恶性肿瘤患者术后生存期。Objective To sum up the experiences in diagnosis and treatment of primary cardiac tumor.Methods Diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of 11 patients with primary cardiac tumor were reviewed and related data from abroad were analysed. Results The survival of the patients only by surgical treatment was (6.60±4.23) months, while for the patients by surgery combined with postoperative radiotherapy it was (21.43±14.24) months. Significant difference was found between both groups( t=3.78,P<0.01).Conclusion Surgery combined with postoperative radiotherapy can significantly extend the survival of primary cardiac tumor patients.
