摘　　要：摘要:采用RT-PCR扩增FMDV的3ABC蛋白DNA,将其与pUCm-T载体连接,构建pUCm-3ABC重组质粒,序列分析表明,pUCm-3ABC重组质粒的插入DNA与多种血清型FMDV的相同DNA区段有较高的同源性,提示可进一步用pUCm-3ABC重组质粒研究FMDV3ABC蛋白的表达抗原。The cDNA coding for 3ABC protein of foot and mouth disease virus was amplified by RT - PCR, a reconstructed plasmid pUCm - 3ABC was obtained by cloning the 3ABC cDNA into pUCm - T vector, Sequencing analysis of the 3ABC DNA cloned into the pUCm - 3ABC plasmid showed that the 3ABC DNA had high identity with the same sequence in other serotype strains of FMDV , indicating that the pUCm - 3ABC could be used for the further researches on 3ABC protein expression.
