黄边大龙虱的营养分析

摘　　要：分析了黄边大龙虱的营养成分 ,结果表明 ,黄边大龙虱的虫体及翅都具有丰富的营养 ,翅含有粗蛋白 3 5 1 8%、粗脂肪 6 2 0 %、灰分 1 0 6% ,都高于虫体相应成分的含量 ,虫体含有粗蛋白 1 0 98%、粗脂肪 4 44%、灰分 0 5 7% ,含有丰富的矿物元素和氨基酸 ,其必需氨基酸指数 (EAAI)为 93 3 8,为一种优质蛋白质食品。Nutritional components of Cybister japonicus were analyzed. The results show that C.japonicus is a kind of insectile food with high quality protein; its body and wing contain abundant nutrition. The amount of nutrition contained in wing, including crude protein (35.18%), crude fat (6.20%), ash (1.06%), is higher than that of corresponding elements in body, including crude protein (10.98%), crude fat (4.44%), ash (0.57%). In addition, the body also contains plenty of mineral elements and amino acids. The index of the essential amino acid is 93.38.
