摘　　要：转化生长因子 β在牙胚发育和牙髓损伤修复过程中起着非常重要的作用 ,Smads为TGF - β特异的细胞内信号转导分子家族 ,介导TGF - β对目的基因表达的调控。本文就Smads在TGF - β细胞内信号转导机制中的作用以及TGF - β/Smads信号途径与牙胚发育的关系作一综述。Many documents indicated that the TGF-β played an important role in tooth development and dental pulp repair.Smads is the specific cellular signal transducer family for TGF-β, which mediates the modulation of TGF-β to target gene expression. This paper reviewed the roles of Smads in the mechanism of TGF-β cellular signaling and the effect of TGF-β/Smads signaling pathway on tooth development. [
