摘　　要：简述了信息化建设过程中系统化集成的必要性,构建了基于Internet环境下实现ERP与CRM系统集成的模式,并对大同铁路分局运输系统实现ERP和CRM的系统集成提出了思路。This paper discusses the necessity of the systematized integration in the course of informatization construction, sets up the mode of realizing systematized integration of ERP and CRM under Internet environment, and put forward the idea of realizing systematized integration of ERP and CRM in the transportation system of Datong Railway Bureau Branch.
