摘 要:目的:合成了羟乙基-β-环糊精,并对其溶血作用和对槲皮素的增溶作用进行研究。方法:用红外光谱、薄层色谱等方法鉴定合成的羟乙基-β-环糊精;用人全血中分离的血红细胞测定羟乙基-β-环糊精在体外的溶血作用;用紫外分光光度法测其对槲皮素的增溶作用。结果:羟乙基-β-环糊精溶血作用不仅比β-环糊精显著降低,也明显低于羟丙基-β-环糊精;且对槲皮素的增溶作用显著。结论:羟乙基-β-环糊精是一种极具应用潜力的静脉给药的新辅料。Objective:To synthesize hydroxyethyl-β-cyclodextrin (HE-β-CD)and to study its hemolysis in vitro and its effect on the solubilization of quercetin in water.Methods :The synthesized product was identified by IR spectrophotometry and thin-layer chromatography,the hemolysis study as carried out by means of red blood cells isolated from whole human blood and the effect of HE-β-CD on solubilization of quercetin in water was studied by UV spectrophotometry.Results:The hemolytic potential of HE-β-CD was much smallerr than that ofβ-CD and also smaller than that of HP-β-CD.HE-β-CD also exhibited a remarkable effect on solubilization of quercetin in water.Conclusion:HE-β-CD may well be applied as a novel auxiliary material for injections.
