摘　　要：目的 :评价青光眼术后的白内障超声乳化术的临床效果。方法 :对青光眼术后白内障 2 0眼行超声乳化吸除术。结果 :平均随访 15个月 ,视力 0 .1～ 0 .3者 9眼 ,占 4 5 % ,≥ 0 .5者 11眼 ,占 5 5 % ,术后一过性高眼压 6眼 ,均有轻度的虹膜炎症反应。结论 :青光眼术后的白内障超声乳化吸除术安全、有效 ,并发症少 。Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of phacoemulsification(phaco) after glaucoma surgery. Method:The cataract patients (20eyes) were underwent phaco following glaucoma operation. Results: The average follow-up period was 15 months after phaco. Of 20 eyes ,9 eyes(45%) had obtained postoperative vision of 0.1～0.3;11 eyes(55%) had their vision ≥0.5. The postoperative IOP was normal.Conclusion:The phaco following glaucoma operation is safe and effective .
