摘　　要：利用辽河低凝稠油加工的常二线基础油试验研制45号超高压变压器油,考察油品的析气性、抗氧化安定性以及与绝缘材料的相容性,证明试制油品的运动粘度、密度、闪点等各项性能指标均能满足500kV超高压变压器油的指标要求。The 45# ultra-high voltage transformer oil is developed by taking the atmospheric cut 2 refined oil from low-freezing thick oil of Liaohe as base oil. The gassing property,anti-oxidant stability and the compatibility with various insulating materials are investigated. The results of test indicate that the main properties of the developed oil can meet the demands of 500 kV super-high voltage transformer oil.
