国产记忆合金内支架治疗食管恶性狭窄的临床应用(附58例分析)

摘　　要：目的 :用食管内支架治疗恶性食管狭窄、食管纵隔气管瘘。材料与方法 :对 5 8例食管癌患者分别置入 6 4个国产记忆合金食管内支架 ,先用导丝探索通过狭窄段 ,经球囊扩张后应用支架置入器置放。结果 :患者吞咽困难症状明显改善 ,食管纵隔瘘封堵成功 ,所有患者均可顺利进普食 ,疗效满意。结论 :国产食管内支架治疗恶性食管狭窄、食管纵隔气管瘘 ,安全、可靠、疗效好、并发症少。Purpose:To treat the malignant esophageal strictures、esophagotracheal and esophago-mediastinal fistulas by self-expanding stents.Materials and Methods:64 of memorial metal stents were used treat 58 patients with esophagus carcinoma.When the guide wire passed the strictures of fistulas of the esophgus,the regions of stenosis were dilated by the esophageal balloon,then the stents were put on.Results:All the patients symptom of dysphagia relieved,the patients could swallow smoothly.Esophagotracheal and esophago-mediastinal fistulas were obtructed successfully,all the patients could eat pull diet smoothly.The effects were excellent.Conclusion:The treatment of esophageal strictures and esophagotracheal esophago-mediastinal fisulas with self-expanding stent is safe、excellent in effect and with less complication.
