摘　　要：介绍了造气炉生产半水煤气的工艺过程和造气机理。阐述了自调因子模糊控制器的控制方案和设计方法。通过控制系统的硬件配置和软件设计 ,对双炉并联运行采取了抗干扰措施。结果表明 ,蒸汽分解率从 3 0 %提高到 5 0 % ,且运行稳定 ,操作简单。Both gasification mechanism and technology process producing the semi water coal gas by gasifier were introduced, control scheme and design method were described for Self Adjusting factor blurring controller, anti interference measures were taken for running of double gasifiers in paralleling through the soft ware design and hard ware configuration of control system. The result indicates that steam decomposition rate is increased from 30 % to 50 %, moreover running is stable and operation is simple.
