中国被毛孢的初步培养与生活力的观察

摘　　要：以大米为基本培养材料 ,分别补充各种营养物质 ,培养中国被毛孢 ,探讨培养物在几种温度条件下经过 90d处理后的生活力和恢复生长后的生长速度。结果表明 :补充酵母膏加富的麦麸煮汁有利于保持此菌的生活力和促进生长 ,保持温度以 0～ 10℃为宜。Hirsutella sinensis,the anamorph of Cordyceps sinensis,was cultivated on the several rice media supplemented with different components respectively.The cultures were kept for about 90d under different temperautres.The results indicated that the supplement wheat bran enriched with yeast extract was beneficial to the vitality and growth of the strain,and the range of the proper temperatures for preservation was 0～10℃.
