几种野生食用真菌菌株的分离研究

摘　　要：采用 4种不同的培养基对 5种野生食用菌进行了分离实验 ,探讨了几种因素对菌种分离驯化的影响。在PDA培养基上松口蘑、铆钉菇能够长出菌丝。在加入酵母浸膏、蛋白胨的PDA培养基上能够长出健康粗壮的菌丝。different mediums were used for the wild edible fungi separation.In PDA medium,Tricholoma matsutake and Gomphidius viscidus could grow the hypha.The yeast decoction and the protein peptone facilitate the hypha healthy and stalwart in PDA medium.Many factors,such as medium,pH,storage of fungi and so on,affect the result of separation and tame.
