摘　　要：模块教学模式(MES)引自国际劳工组织(ILO),它具有许多特点和长处。将它应用于国有大型企业的技术工人培训,是我国加入WTO后新形势的需要,也是职业教育教学改革发展的需要。高等院校的科研必须与生产发展相结合,这也是高等教育改革的方向之一。MES , comes from the International Labor Organization , has many advantages and features . Applying it into training the workers of large - scale state - owned enterprise is not only required by the new situation faced with Chinas entry of WTO , but also needed by reform and development of vocational education . It is also one of the orientation of high education that their scientific research must be linked with production development .
