摘　　要：马克思主义哲学应该表述为辩证唯物主义;马克思主义哲学应该定性为三者统一,定量为学科家族。马克思主义哲学应该理解为:是科学的世界观也是认识世界、变革现实的态度和方法;是科学知识也是观念形态;是克服了以往哲学又保留了以往哲学。Marxist philosophy should be expressed as dialectical materialism. The nature of Marxist philosophy should be the unity of three aspects. Marxist philosophy should quantitatively be the subject clan. Marxist philosophy should be understood as the following: it is not only scientific world outlook but also the attitude and method of understanding and changing the world; it is not only scientific knowledge but also the idea form; it not only overcomes the old philosophy but also reserves the old philosophy.
