摘　　要：文章针对某轿车开发过程中的地板振动问题,通过道路试验和模态试验,发现排气管的振动对地板振动影响很大,是地板振动的主要原因。根据试验的结果,对原排气管的悬置位置进行了调整,从而使车身地板的振动得到了明显改善。Aimed at floor vibration problem during one sedan development, through road test and modal test, it is found out that the vibration of the exhaust pipe has great impact on the floor vibration and is the major reason for floor vibration. Based on the test result, the suspension location of the exhaust pipe is modified, thus floor vibration is greatly improved.
