恶性淋巴瘤患者血清免疫抑制酸性蛋白及铁蛋白检测的意义

摘　　要：目的 :通过对恶性淋巴瘤患者血清免疫抑制酸性蛋白 (ImmunosuppressiveAcidicProtein ,IAP)及铁蛋白 (SerumFer ritin ,SF)的检测 ,初步了解IAP、SF含量与临床诊断和分期的关系。方法 :分别应用单向免疫扩散、双抗体夹心酶联免疫分析法检测了 3 3例恶性淋巴瘤患者和献血员血清IAP及SF。结果 :初治恶性淋巴瘤患者IAP及SF分别为 (654.3± 14 9.6) μg ml和 (2 3 8.3± 12 3 .8)ng ml,均高于对照组〔(3 2 0 .6± 96.6) μg ml和 (76.8± 40 .2 )ng ml〕 ;其中IAP含量Ⅰ期 <Ⅱ期 <Ⅲ期 <Ⅳ期 ,SF含量为Ⅰ期 <Ⅱ期 <Ⅳ期 <Ⅲ期。结论 :IAP、SF可作为恶性淋巴瘤临床诊断和分期的辅助指标之一。Objective: To explore the relationship of serum immunosuppressive ac idic protein (IAP) and serum ferritin (SF) with the clinical diagnosis, disease stage, and prognosis in patients with malignant lymphoma. Methods: Serum IAP and SF levels in 33 cases were detected by using single immunodiffusion test and dou ble antibody sandwich-enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) respectively. Results: The serum levels of IAP and SF in patients were(654 .3±149.6)μg/ml a nd (238.3±123.8)ng/ml and significantly higher than those in the control grou p [(320.6±96.6)μg/ml and(76.8 ±40.2)ng/ml]. The serum IAP level was positi vely correlated with the clinical stage (stageⅠ<stageⅡ<stage Ⅲ<stage Ⅳ). H owever, the SF level was mildly correlated with the clinical stage ((stageⅠ<st ageⅡ<stage Ⅳ<stage Ⅲ). Conclusion: the serum IAP and SF l evels can be used as an assistant parameter for the clinical diagnosis, stage, and prognosis of ly mphoma.
