摘　　要：已经有人报道,人乳腺癌(HMC)与非乳腺癌(HMN)核物质中DNA构象不同.本文采用荧光滴定法测定成粒细胞性白血病(HL)患者的粒细胞的DNA构象也不同于正常人(HN).这一结果表明DNA构象不同与人类细胞癌变相关.In conformity with the difference between the conformation of DNA in the nuclear substances of the human mammary cancer (HMC) and that of its non-cancer(HMN), the conformation of DNA in the granuloblast of the human leukaemia(HL) is also different from that of the normal human(HN) was determined by the fluorescence titation. These results show the view that DNA conformation variety relating with the canceration of human cell.
