对我国男子铅球运动员最后用力左臂运动技术的研究

摘　　要：通过分析和研究我国男子铅球运动员在最后用力阶段左臂的运动学特征 ,发现在最后用力阶段左臂摆动的速度、轨迹以及在铅球运动员身体转动至正对投掷方向时左臂急速制动的时机 ,左臂摆动时引起身体姿势的变化 ,对于能否正常发挥出铅球运动员的技术、素质潜力 ,对于铅球运动员的运动成绩具有重要影响。the kinematics of left arm of shot put athletes at the finally energize was discussed.It resulted that the velocity,the track,the time of the left arm stop swaying when the athlete's body just turn to the throwing direction,the changes of body position,and the technology of the left arm of the athletes at the finally energize had impartment effect on the success of those athletes.It can be exert to potential of technology and diathesis of shot put athletes.
