摘　　要：从大学生的学习动机分类、作用出发 ,探讨了高等专科学校不同年级学生的学习心理特点 ,试图找出他们在学习活动中心理状态变化的内在规律。即一年级的教学主要为适应大学学习方法的跨跃阶段。二年级为学习兴趣和学习热情处于全盛时期的飞跃阶段。三年级为对个性特征的认识逐渐明朗化的整合阶段。其目的在于为教者掌握教育规律 ,学者提高学习效率提供理论依据。To find out the intrinsic rule of college students psychological change in studying,the author analyses the assortments and functions of their motivation,and discusses their psychological characteristics in different grades.That is,the first year is a leap period to adapt to the new study habits;the second is a flying period with very great interest and passion;and the third is a conformity period to know individual characteristic clearly.And this paper shows an academic basis to master teaching rules for tutors and to increase the efficiency for learners.
