摘　　要：目的　观察并评价泰素加顺铂经腹腔和静脉化疗治疗晚期卵巢癌的近期疗效及毒副反应。方法　 8例Ⅲ、Ⅳ期卵巢癌患者接受泰素 40mg/m2 静脉滴注 +顺铂 2 0～ 40mg/m2 腹腔注入 ,泰素 40mg/m2 ,每周一次 ,连用 3周为一疗程 ,2个疗程以上评价疗效及毒副反应。结果　全组患者PR 4例 ,SD 4例 ,总有效率 5 0 %。控制腹水的有效率达10 0 %。结论　泰素、顺铂经腹腔和静脉化疗治疗晚期卵巢癌疗效肯定 ,毒副反应轻 。Objective To evaluate the immediate therapeutic effects and toxicities of intraperitoneal and intravenous chemotherapy of Taxol plus cisplatin in advanced ovarian cancer. Methods Eight patients were treated with intraperitoneal and intravenous chemotherapy ofTaxol plus cisplatin. The short term effects and toxicities were observed. Results The overall response rate was 50% and the effective rate of controlling ascites was 100%. Conclusion Intraperitoneal and intravenous chemotherapy of Taxol plus cisplatin was effective for advanced ovarian cancer and is worthy to be further studied.
