摘  要:目的 :通过正交试验 ,研究超临界CO2 萃取制首乌中卵磷脂成分的最佳工艺条件。方法 :以萃取压力、萃取温度、解析釜Ⅰ压力、解析釜Ⅰ温度为考察因素 ,用分光光度法测定不同试验条件下卵磷脂得率。结果 :优选出最佳工艺条件为 :萃取压力 32MPa ,萃取温度 5 0℃ ,解析釜Ⅰ压力为 6MPa ,解析釜Ⅰ温度 5 5℃。结论 :和传统提取工艺相比较 ,超临界CO2 流体萃取工艺具有节约溶剂、工艺流程简单等优点 ,适用于工业化生产。Objecive: To find out the optimal supercritical CO 2 fluid extraction process for Radix Polygoni Multiflori Preparata, the extraction process was studied by orthogonal design with the yield of lectithin as index Methods: Four factors were chosen in this experiment, including extractor pressure, extractor temperature, separator Ⅰ pressure and separator Ⅰ temperature The ultraviolet visible spectrophotometry was applied for the determination of lecithin in all different experimental conditions Results: The optimal supercritical CO 2 fluid extraction process was: extractor pressure 32MPa, extractor temperature 50℃, separator Ⅰ pressure 6MPa and separator Ⅰ temperature 55℃ Conclusion: Compared with the traditional extraction methods, SFE CO 2 process has the predominance of saving solvent and shortening the technology process, which is exactly suitable for industrialization manufacture
