疏肝软坚汤防治大鼠肝纤维化作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨疏肝软坚汤对大鼠肝纤维化的防治作用。方法　从血清透明质酸 (HA)和形态学指标方面观察了疏肝软坚汤对肝纤维化大鼠的影响。结果　疏肝软坚汤可有效地防治大鼠肝纤维化 ,显著降低模型大鼠血清HA含量 ,与对照组比较差异显著 ,且大剂量组肝脏形态学改变轻微。结论　疏肝软坚汤可保护肝细胞 ,促进损伤肝细胞的修复 ;调节胶原代谢 ,抑制胶原的合成 ,促进胶原的降解。Objective To study the action of experimental study of Shu Gan Ruan Jian Decoction(SGRJD in brief) to prevent and cure liver fibrosis in rat.Methods Observed the effect of SGRJD on liver fibrosis in rat from the aspects of serological and morphological index.Results SGRJD can prevent and cure liver fibrosis in rat effectively.It can significantly decrease the content of serum HA in modeled rat compared with the control group.The morphological change of liver of large dose group is slight.Conclusion The action mechanism of SGRJD to prevent and cure liver fibrosis is as follows:Prrotects hepatic cell,promotes the rehabilitation of injured cells.Regulates collagen metabolism,inhibits collagen synthesis,enhances collagen degradation.
