膜糖脂生化指标在胃肠道肿瘤中应用价值的研究

摘　　要：目的　研究膜糖脂生化指标血浆脂结合唾液酸 (LSA)、总唾液酸 (TSA)和红细胞膜唾液酸 (R SA)在胃肠道肿瘤中的诊断及鉴别诊断价值。方法　采用间苯二酚法分别检测胃肠道良、恶性肿瘤患者的血浆LSA、TSA和R SA。结果　胃癌及大肠癌患者膜糖脂生化指标显著高于对照组 ,而良性组与对照组的差异无显著性 ;大肠癌转移组显著高于未转移组。结论　血浆LSA、TSA和R SA可作为胃肠道恶性肿瘤诊断的辅助指标 ,用于良、恶性肿瘤的鉴别 ,亦可作为判断肿瘤有无转移的标志物。Objective To study the significance of membrane glycolipid biochemistry index: plasma lipid-bound sialic acid(LSA), total sialic acid (TSA) and red blood cell membrane sialic acid(R-SA) in gastrointestinal neoplasms; to investigate the relationship between the index and the distinguishment of benign tumors from malignant ones, tumor metastasis as well as prognosis judgement. Methods 65 patients with gastrointestinal malignant tumors confirmed by clinical and pathological data(35 patients with gastric carcinoma and 30 with colorectal carcinoma), 12 colorectal carcinoma patients with metastases and 8 colorectal carcinoma patients without metastases were observed. The contents of TSA, LSA and R-SA were determined by using resorcinol method and compared with those of normal control group. Results It was found that the levels of TSA, LSA and R-SA of gastric carcinoma group and colorectal carcinoma group were significantly higher than those of normal control group(P<0.05), while no significant difference was found between benign gastrointestinal cases and the control group(P>0.05).It was also observed that the levels of TSA,LSA and R-SA in colorectal carcinoma patinets with metastases were significantly higher than those in colorectal carcinoma patients without metastases(P<0.05). Conclusion Membrane glycolipid biochemistry index plasma LSA, TSA and R-SA may be considered an auxiliary indicator for diagnosing gastrointestinal malignant tumors. It can be used for distinguishing beingn tumors from malignant ones. It can also be regarded as an unspecific indicator for judging tumor metastasis.
