护士的人格特征对其人际焦虑心理的影响

摘　　要：为了明确护理人员的自我同一性水平、自我审视程度、抑郁心理对其人际焦虑心理的影响 ,以在日本二所公立医院就职的护理人员 332名为对象 ,使用日文版人际焦虑量表、多元自我同一性量表、自我审视量表、自我评价式抑郁量表 ,对护理人员的以上人格特征与人际焦虑的关系进行了调查、分析。结果表明人际焦虑的程度与本人的自我同一性水平呈负相关 ,与自我审视及抑郁程度呈正相关。同时证实以上人格特征中对本人的人际焦虑影响最大的是自我同一性 ,顺次为自我审视。To make clear the relation between nurses' personality which includes identity,self-preoccupation and social anxiety.A sample consisted of 332 nurses working in General Public Hospital of Japan was investigated and analyzed.The instruments used were Social Anxiety scale by Hayashi, Multidimensional ego identity scale by Tani, Self-preoccupation scale by Sakamoto, and Depression scale (SDS) by Fukuda.The result showed that the scores of Multidimensional ego identity were negative correlation with their Social Anxiety, and the scores of self-preoccupation and Depression were positively correlated with their Social Anxiety. Nurses'identity influenced in their Social Anxiety most, and next their self-preoccupation and Depression influenced.
