摘  要:采用保证率频率法计算万安枢纽下游河段设计最低通航水位,再扣除非恒定流对水位影响值,未确定设计最低通航水位。实际应用表明用该方法计算的设计最低通航水位更符合枢纽下游航道的实际情况。This paper presents a method for determining the design lowest navigable water level, i.e. the design lowest navigable water level of the lower reach of Wan'an hydraulic junction calculated with Guarantee rate-Frequency method minus the value of water level influenced by inconstant flow equals to the real design lowest navigable water level of the lower reach of Wan'an hydraulic junction. Practice proves that the design lowest navigable water level calculated by this method accords better with the real situation of the downstream waterway of the junction. 
