摘 要:某炼钢厂仿西班牙产品制造的板坯横移车运行机构采用分别驱动、变频调速、无人操纵自动控制技术。其减速器齿轮多次发生点蚀、塑性变形、断齿等事故或故障 ,严重时曾出现轮齿全部被剃光的现象。经分析 ,其根本原因是承载能力不足。通过重新选型设计 ,加大减速器中心距 。The traveling mechanisms of the steel slab transverse moving vehicle,that was modeled on the vehicle made in Spain and used by a steel-making plant, adopt separately driving, variable frequency speed regulating and unmanned controlled techniques. But accidents,such as surface pitting,plastic deformations and breaking of gear teeth frequently occurred in the reducers of the traveling mechanisms.Sometimes even the teeth of a gear were all broken.Through calculation, the fundamental cause of the troubles were found that the load carrying capability of the gear reducer is not enough.By selecting and designing of reducer model again, increasing the center distance of the reducer,the accidents including tooth breaking had been eradicated.
