摘　　要：目的：研究Ｅｕｄｒａｇｉｔ ＲＳ的合成方法，制备渗透型药用丙烯酸树脂。方法：分别用溶液聚合、本体聚合和溶液－ 本体聚合的方法，制备渗透型药用丙烯酸树脂。以结构表征和理化性能试验，考察聚合方法的可行性。结果：本体聚合得不到均匀产物；溶液聚合不能得到足够高分子量的共聚物；溶液－ 本体法比较简单可行。结论：利用溶液－ 本体聚合法，选择乙醇作溶剂，可以制备出均匀透明的Ｅｕｄｒａｇｉｔ ＲＳ。AIM To prepare osmotic acrylic resin Eudragit RS,a pharmaceutical excipient,and study the synthetic method.METHOD The osmotic acrylic resin Eudragit RS was synthesized respectively by means of solution polymerization,bulk polymerization and solution bulk polymerization.The advantages,disadvantages and influences of the three methods were discussed by means of the chemical composition and physical properties.RESULTS The qualified osmotic acrylic resin was got only by the solution bulk polymerization method.The other two methods can not give homogenous and diaphanous copolymer.CONCLUSION Solution bulk polymerization method is suggested.
