全顺式二十碳五烯酸甘油酯和二十二碳六烯酸甘油酯的制备工艺研究

摘　　要：目的：用高纯度的二十碳五烯酸（ＥＰＡ） 乙酯和二十二碳六烯酸乙酯制备ＥＰＡ、ＤＨＡ甘油酯的工艺。方法：用一定量的均相化试剂如油酸钾能使互不相溶的甘油和ＥＰＡ乙酯、ＤＨＡ乙酯形成均相反应溶液，并在１２０℃就开始发生酯交换反应。结果：ＥＰＡ乙酯、ＤＨＡ乙酯和甘油形成均相溶液后，在１７０℃１ｈ 内甘油脂转化率大于４５ ％ ，反应产物经过分子蒸馏提纯，可制得纯度大于７０％ 的ＥＰＡ甘油酯、ＤＨＡ甘油酯。结论：均相反应法结合分子蒸馏是一条制备高纯度ＥＰＡ 甘油酯、ＤＨＡ 甘油酯的可行工艺途径。AIM A new process to prepare the glycerides of eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA) and docosahexenoic acid(DHA) from purified ethyl esters of EPA and DHA.METHOD Ethyl esters of EPA and DHA could form a homogeneous solution with glycerol by a certain of homogeneous agent such as oleic acid potassium salt,and changed into glycerides of EPA and DHA by transesterification at reaction temperature.RESULT homogeneous transesterification between EPA DHA ethyl esters and glycerol bigan at 120℃,and equilibrated at a ratio of 45% inversion of EPA DHA into glycerides winthin 1 hr at 170℃.After purification,a purity of 70%EPA DHA glycerides were obtained
