摘　　要：向聚丙烯 (PP)中加入 0 1%的 β晶型成核剂 ,经过双螺杆挤出机造粒 ,制得 β晶型聚丙烯。结果表明 :β晶型聚丙烯的悬臂梁缺口冲击强度可达 3 8kJ/m2 ,力学性能指标达到汽车保险杠的要求。并通过注射时加入碳酸钙刚性粒子增韧母粒的方法 ,解决了A type of β crysta l form PP was made by adding 0 1% β-nucl eator to EPS30R PP during pelleting by a twin- screw extruder The notched Izod i mpact strength of the β-PP was 38 kJ/m 2 The properties such as mechanical prop erties etc met the criterion of automob ile bumper The shortcomings such as molding shrinkage and poor paint adh esion were resolved by adding calcium ca rbonate rigid filler toughened concentra te to β-PP during injection molding
