摘　　要：人格的伟大对于一个人取得"才智成就"具有重要意义。本文针对当前影响创新精神培养的"再现教育"、"应试教育"等不良倾向,探讨在创新教育中如何培养学生的创新性人格。The greatness of personality is significant for a person to win intellectual achievement. This essay ,based on the discussion of some initiative-spirit-against tendencies such as examination-oriented education and memory-purposed education, explores how to develop students' initiative personality.
