高等农林院校在农业科技示范园建设中的作用

摘　　要：农业科技示范园是我国90年代新出现的一种生产经营方式。它的建立对于实现农业增长方式的根本转变,推动农业科技进步有着巨大作用。目前我国农业科技示范园主要以五种类型正在全国迅速发展。农业科技示范园的建设与发展离不开高等农林院校的支持和合作,同时高等农林院校需要将自己的科研成果转化和推广。鼓励科技人员参与示范园建设,以充分发挥科技人员的聚集效应。高等农林院校是培养农业高级专门人才的摇篮,也是知识创新和技术创新的重要源头,为示范园代培高级技术人才和经营管理人才,促进示范园运行机制创新,在农业科技示范园建设中高等农林院校起着积极的指导作用。Agricultural scitech demonstration garden, as a new method of production and management, arose in the 1990s. Its establishment played an important role in promoting the transformation of agricultural production manner and scitech development. Presently, the demonstration garden of agricultural science and technology in our country is developing rapidly in the following five types. Its building and developing must depend on the support and cooperation of agricultural and forest colleges, meanwhile these colleges also need to use these gardens as bases to transform and popularize their scitech achievements. For giving full play to researchers' collective effect, they are encouraged to join in the construction of these gardens. College of agriculture and forestry is the cradle of training agricultural experts and is the source of knowledge and technological innovation, which provides advanced professionals in technology and managerial personnel for the demonstration gardens, and promotes mechanism innovation. Collages of agriculture and forestry play positive guiding roles in the building of demonstration gardens of agricultural science and technology.
