摘　　要：物流对现代企业具有非常重要的作用。按照物流与企业所属关系的不同,企业物流的方式分为自营物流和外购物流两种。在影响企业选择物流方式的诸因素中,物流在其发展战略中所起的作用和企业对物流的管理能力是非常重要的两个因素,企业要根据自身特点选择最合适的物流方式。Logistics has a very important function for modern enterprises. The enterprises' logistics models include two kinds: the first party logistics and the third party logistics. The functions of logistics in the enterprises' development strategy and the ability that enterprises manage logistics are two important factors. The enterprises should adopt the most suitable logistics model according to their respective situations.
