摘　　要：目的 探讨p53及c_erbB_2基因表达与食管癌分化程度、浸润深度与淋巴结转移的关系 ,以及p53与c_erbB_2表达的相互关系。方法 应用免疫组化法检测43例食管癌中 p53与c_erbB_2的表达。 结果 在43例食管癌中 ,p53和c_erbB_2阳性表达率均为67.4% (29/43) ,p53表达与肿瘤浸润深度及淋巴结转移有关 (P<0.05或0.01) ,与肿瘤分化程度无关 (P>0.05) ;c_erbB_2表达与肿瘤分化程度、浸润深度及淋巴结转移均有关(P<0.05或0.01) ;p53和c_erbB_2表达成正相关关系 (P<0.05)。结论 p53和c_erbB_2在食管癌的发生发展中可能起协同作用 ,测定其表达情况可作为预测肿瘤转移、评估预后的辅助或间接指标。Objective To investigate relationship between expression of p53 and c-erbB-2 and histopathological classification, tumor infiltration and lymph node metastasis of esophageal carcinoma.Methods Expression of p53 and c-erbB-2 was detected immunohistochemically in 43 cases of esophageal carcinoma. Results Positive rate of either p53 or c-erbB-2 expression was 67.4% (29/43).The expression of p53 was independent to histopathological classification (P>0.05), but significantly related to tumor infiltration and lymph node metastasis of esophageal carcinoma (P<0.01).The expression of c-erbB-2 was correlated with histopatihological classification (P<0.05),tumor infiltration and lymph node metastasis (P<0.01) of esophageal carcinoma.Expression of p53 showed a significantly positive correlation with that of c-erbB-2. Conclusion p53 may cooperate with c-erbB-2 in carcinogenesis and growth of esophageal carcinoma and they may serve as a indicate for metastasis and prognosis in esophageal carcinoma.
