摘　　要：针对AM50 掘进机电控箱的振动，研制了非线性钢丝绳隔振器，对其特性进行了分析和试验研究，设计了利用该隔振器进行电控箱振动控制的方案，工业试验结果表明隔振效果良好。A non-linear wire-rope isolator is designed according to the vibration on the electric-control box of AM50 tunneller,the characteristics are examined by experiments,the plan is advanced for the electric-control box isolated with the new isolator,full-scale test indicates that the wire- rope isolator achieves good results and meets the requirements for the vibration control of the tunneller's electric-control box.At present,the isolator has been used widespreadly,which obtains great benefits.
