摘 要:纯培养条件下研究菌根真菌对重金属耐性的前提是选择合适的培养方式且保持重金属的有效性 .比较了液体静置、液体摇床和琼脂固体培养 3种方式下Cd对点柄粘盖牛肝菌 (Suillusgranulatus)生长的影响 .筛选后确定液体静置培养是一种比较合适的方法 .运用液体静置培养方法 ,研究了重金属Zn、Cd和Pb对点柄粘盖牛肝菌和卷缘桩菇 (Paxillusinvolutus)生长的影响 ,并利用EC5 0 值评价真菌对Zn、Cd和Pb的耐性 .结果表明卷缘桩菇的CdEC5 0 值低于点柄粘盖牛肝菌 ,但Zn和Pb的EC5 0 值均高于点柄粘盖牛肝菌 ,表明卷缘桩菇比点柄粘盖牛肝菌更耐Zn和Pb 。Two experiments were conducted to investigate the tolerance of ectomycorrhizal fungi Suillus granulatus and Paxillus involutus to heavy metal Zn, Cd, Pb. Step 1 was to select a culture for optimal fungi growth while the availability of heavy metals in the media wasnot affected. Three cultures of standing liquid culture, liquid agitation and agar media cultures were compared by studying the effect of Cd on the growth of Suillus granulatus. Standing liquid media was selected for the second step, and the effects of Cd, Zn and Pb on the growth of Suillus granulatus and Paxillus involutus were investigated. The tolerance of Suillus granulatus and Paxillus involutus to Zn, Cd, and Pb was compared using fungi biomass and EC_(50) as the indexes. Compared to Suillus granulatus, Cd EC_(50) of Paxillus involutus was lower, while Zn and Pb EC_(50) were higher. These results indicated that Paxillus involutus was more tolerant to Zn and Pb, but more sensitive to Cd than Suillus granulatus.
