摘 要:对一次表面回热器的流动和传热特性进行了试验研究和理论评价,获得了有工程价值的k-u和f-u试验曲线以及经验计算公式。指出对于当量直径为1mm左右的一次表面回热器不宜采用工业级通道而应使用微小通道的准则式,才能较为准确地评估其热性能。对比分析一次表面回热器的明显优点:质量轻,紧凑性好,传热效率高,占地面积和占用空间小以及热响应快,具有管壳式、板翅式等传统换热器无法比拟的性能和价格优势。The flow and heat transfer characteristics of primary surface recuperator(PSR) were investigated experimentally and evaluated theoretically. The ku and fu curves together with their experiential calculating formula, which are of engineering value, were obtained. It is pointed out that for PSR with the hydraulic diameter of about 1mm, the basic rule of small channels should be used instead of that of industry conduit so as to evaluate the thermal performance of PSR accurately. The obvious advantages of PSR such as light weight, compact size, high thermal efficiency, takes up small room and quick thermal response were analyzed contrastively. PSR has the advantages in thermal performance and cost relative to shelltube heat exchanger and platefin heat exchanger. Figs 7, tables 2 and refs 7.
