摘　　要：鉴于国际经济发展趋势 ,本文从高新技术发展概况着手 ,具体地分析了我国高新技术产业在发展中存在的问题。找出阻碍我国高新技术产业发展的“路障”。在分析“路障”存在的原因后 ,借鉴国际发展高新技术产业的成功经验 ,结合我国国情 ,找到解决我国现存问题的对策。In view of the international economic developing trend,the article gives a concrete analysis of the problems in the development of our high and new tech industry from its general conditions. It finds out the 'Barrier' in the development of the high and new tech industry.After analysis of its existing reasons,the solutions to Our Country's existing problems are found by using the successful experience of other countries and combining with our Country's Conditions.
