颈动脉造影颅内动态CT对脑瘤微小血管的初步评价

摘　　要：分析了9例脑肿瘤25次动脉造影动态CT及10例次血脑屏障开放测定的初步结果。将时间—密度曲线分为动脉期及毛细血管期,曲线的高低与肿瘤新生血管的容量及血脑屏障的开放或受损的程度有关。甘露醇对脑瘤血脑屏障的开放作用大于正常脑组织,且于注射后30min明确观察到。作者指出,动脉造影颅内动态CT对于观察肿瘤血供、监测血脑屏障开放或受损程度具独到之处,对脑瘤临床治疗方案的选择具指导意义。25 times carotid arteriographic dynamic CT and 10 times measurement of osmotic BBB disrupture were performed in nine patients with various intracranial tumors. The preliminary results were analysed. The time—density curve could be divided into arterial and capillary phase, the pattern of the curve was related to the amount of neovascularity and degree of permeability or breakdown of the BBB. The effect of mannitol in opening the tumor BBB was demonstrated obviously 30min after injection, comparing with the normal brain tissue. According to the author' s opinion, carotid arteriographie dynamic CT was superior in assessing the tumor vesseles, monitoring the degree of BBB disrupture, and directing the selection of the clinical therapeutic plan.
