摘　　要：本文收集近期手术治疗的80例肺癌病例,参照日本肺癌学会1981年确定的十大分类标准进行分类并与病理对照。又补充提出了阻塞性肺炎型和复合型的见解,供商榷。In this paper 80 cases of pulmonary cancer operated recently in our hospital were studied. According to Japanese Association of Pulmonary Cancer, ten types were classified in 1981. Consuiting this standards and comparing with pathological findings, the authors classified for carcinoma of lung and put forward two new types (obstructive pneumonia and complex types).
