儿童聋哑原因的回顾性分析与动态研究

摘　　要：目的分析和研究儿童聋哑的原因，为预防提供病因学资料。方法近 ３０年来我们诊治了聋哑儿童４０６例，发生聋哑的原因按每１０年为一个年龄段归类统计，然后对比分析。结果发现：随着年龄段的增加，先天性聋症的发病比例逐渐上升，并已超过后天性聋哑症的发病数；引起先天性和后天性聋哑的主要原因也已发生改变。结论聋哑症发生原因的变化，可为制定现代聋哑症预防措施时提供病因学依据。Objective To elucidate the causes of deaf-mute children dynamically. Methods 406 cases were analyzed retrospectively. Results The congenital causes had increased gradually during the past 30 years and surpassed the acquired causes in deaf-mute children. Conclusion The above-mentioned data will be useful in prevention of deaf-mute.
