摘　　要：The total length of HIRFL-CSRm is 161 m. There are 215 vacuum chambers which include 87 different specifications in the CSRm except spares.At present, the technical design and process design of 206 nonstandard vacuum components has been finished except for 9 specials. A part of them is being checked and adjusted presently, others are being produced.
