红景天复方制剂对航海中船员精神疲劳的调节作用

摘　　要：目的:评价中药红景天复方制剂对航行中船员心理卫生的调节作用。方法:40名船员随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各20人。试验组服用红景天复方制剂,对照组服用不含药物的安慰剂。应用SCL-90量表及神经行为测试系统(NES-C2)测量航行中船员服药前和服药7 d后情感状态、心算、符号译码、视觉保留等因子和20项神经心理学指标的变化。结果:试验组船员的焦虑、恐怖、偏执和其他因子得分明显低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);而且试验组的心算、符号译码、视觉保留等神经行为测试结果也要明显优于对照组。结论:红景天复方在抗航行精神疲劳方面具有一定的作用。Objective: To evaluate the modulating effects of rhodiola crenulata compound (RCC) on mental health changes of the seamen during voyage. Methods: During voyage, related factors such as emotion status, mental arithmetics, symbol coding and visual retention of the seamen were measured with Symptom Check-List 90(SCL-90) and Neurobehavior Evaluation System(NES-C2) before and after taking medicine, and the influence of RCC on alterations of neuropsychological indices were evaluated. Results: The score of some negative factors such as anxiety and horror in treatment group were markedly lower than those in placebo group (control group); the testing results of neurobehavior were better than those of control group. Conclusion: RCC play a role in attenuating the mental fatigue caused by voyage.
