草酸铂为主方案治疗转移性胃癌疗效评价

摘　　要：目的 :观察草酸铂联合 5 氟尿嘧啶 (5 FU)及醛氢叶酸作为一线化疗方案治疗转移性胃癌的疗效。方法 :选择 5 2例根治性胃癌术后复发转移的病人 ,以草酸铂、5 FU及醛氢叶酸联合方案进行全身静脉化疗 ,2 8d为 1个周期 ,每例均完成至少 2个周期的化疗。结果 :完全缓解 (CR) 2例 ,部分缓解 (PR) 2 9例 ,无变化 (NC) 12例 ,进展 (PD) 9例 ,总有效 (CR +PR)率为5 9.6%。结论 :草酸铂联合 5 FU。Objective To observe the effect of the Oxaliplatin combined with 5-FU, and leucovoin as first selected therapy for metastatic stomach cancer.Method 52 cases of patients with relapsed gastric carcinoma after radical gastrectomy were selected to be treated using Oxaliplatin combined with 5-FU and leucovoin for a period of 28 days as a cycle. Each patient received at least 2 cycles. Result The total efficacy [complete remission(CR)plus partial remission(PR)] was 59.6% with 2 completely cured (CR) case, 29 partially cured (PR) cases, 12 cases showed no changes and 9 cases progressed. Conclusion The first selected treatment using Oxaliplatin together with 5-FU and leucovoin has a positive effect on metastatic gastric carcinoma.
