摘　　要：本文通过对网上信息资源特点和服务方式的介绍 ,提出了构建高校资料室专业网站的原则、方法和组织模式以及资料员的角色转变 ,旨在拓展它的服务功能 。The characteristics of information resources on internet and its service pattern were discussed,suggesting the rules,methods and organization model for specialized information branches,and the role changes for librarian,to develop and to extend their service functions and to made the information system more efficient.
