摘 要:自视网膜电图法(elec-troretinography,ERG)应用于临床以来,在记录技术方面已取得迅速发展,但对视网膜电图(electroretinogram,ERG)波形的分析方法,几十年来在绝大多数的文献报导中,几乎没有实质性的突破和进展。Frequency analysis of the dark adaptation electroretinogram was made in 30 normaleyes with fast Fourier transform (FFT) and inverse fast Fourier transform (IFFT) tech-nique.We found that each wavelet of oscillatory potentials (OPs)has its own characteris-tics。For instance OP_1 has only one peak within 70-200 Hz;OP_2 has two peaks that arewithin 45-200 Hz and 105-200 Hz;OP_3 has three peaks that are within 30-200 Hz,70-200 Hz and 110-200Hz;OP_4 has four peaks that are within 20-200 Hz,55-200Hz,85-200Hz and 125-200Hz。When the high frequency is at 200 Hz and low frequencyis within 110-135 Hz,a small wave reveals clearly before OP_1。We term it“per—OP_1”。All these findings have not been reported yet before。
