云南省傣、彝、汉族人FⅧ基因BclⅠ限制性片段长度多态性的研究

摘　　要：为探讨FⅧ基因BcⅠ限制性内切酶多态性位点在云南省人群中的诊断价值,应用PCR技术及PAGE分离技术获得云南省傣、彝、汉族人群的多态信息量(polymorphic informative con-tent,PIC),其中傣族人的PIC为0.6435,明显高于汉族人的PIC 0.4190,显著高于彝族人PIC0.3641,这充分显示了FⅧBclⅠ多态现象的民族差异性及该分子遗传标志的应用价值。The research on FⅧ Bel Ⅰ polymorphism in Yunnan Dai, Yi and Han tribe populations, an intragenic polymorphism of FⅧ revealed with the restriction enzyme Bel Ⅰ , was analyzed using the polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Eighty X-chromosomes in 50 healthy Dai tribe, 78 in 50 ones of Yi tribe and 78 in 50 ones of Yunnan Han tribe were screened respectively. The results showed that the polymorphic informative content (PIC) in Dai tribe population was 0. 6435, which was greatly higher than that of Han and Yi tribe population in Yunnan which were 0.4190 and 0.3641, respectively. Their PIC showed great difference among the three populations.
