摘  要:目的研究电刺激杏仁外侧核对内脏痛放电的影响。方法用细胞外记录方法和条件─检验刺激技术,以电刺激内脏大神经在丘脑后核群诱发的单位放电作为内脏痛指标。结果杏仁外侧核对内脏痛放电主要表现为抑制作用。结论杏仁外侧核的镇痛作用可能与杏仁中央核有关。Objective To study the effects of electrically stimulating lateral nucleus of amygdaloid (AL) on the unit discharges. Methods As an index of visceral pain. the discharges of the neurons in posterior group of thalarnic muclei (PO), evoked by stimlating greater splanchnic nerve (SPL) in cats were investigated extracellularly. Results Stimulating AL mainly revealed an inhibitory effect on the neuron discharge in PO caused by excitation of SPL. Conclusion The analgesic effect of AL might be related to central nucleus of amygdaloid.
